Your personal data processed by the Controller for the purposes described above come exclusively from you, i.e. data that you have provided to us e.g. in connection with the conclusion of a contract (purchase of goods) or you have provided to us for the purposes of the customer programme and registration for it, or on the basis of your explicit consent, or when you have visited our website.

DO WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EEA?

We also transfer your personal data we process to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example, when any of our service providers use staff or equipment based outside the EEA. 

We have put in place adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of your privacy, fundamental rights and freedoms, and the exercise of your rights, e.g., we establish an adequate level of data protection through EU Standard Contractual Clauses based on the EU commission’s model clauses. 

WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF THE PERSONAL DATA?

We transfer your personal data in justified cases and only to the extent necessary or specified to the following categories of recipients:  

  1. to our contractual partners that we need for our normal operation and performance of our contractual relationship with you, in particular:

    • information technology providers through which we operate the online shop and process your orders, web hosting providers. These service providers are checked by us and provide sufficient guarantees with respect to the confidentiality and protection of your personal data. With all of these providers we have concluded written data privacy agreement where the providers have undertaken to protect personal data and to comply with our privacy standards;

    • providers of accounting and tax services to meet our legal obligations;

    • the courier or postal service providers (carriers), but only to the extent of your name and surname, delivery address, telephone number at which the carrier can contact you and, if the goods have not been paid in advance, the amount to be paid on receipt of the goods. The carrier is entitled to process the personal data we transmit to it only for the purpose of delivery of the goods and it is obliged to delete the personal data without delay thereafter;

    • in the case of sending commercial communications (e.g., by e-mail, sms), we use the services of the Brevo business group to send them. This entity is bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your personal data for any other purpose, for which we are fully responsible;

  2. to other entities in cases where we are required to provide your data by law or where it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., courts, the Police of the Czech Republic, etc.)

  3. if you give us your consent to do so, to the extent of your email address used in the context of a purchase on our online shop, to the operator of the service used to generate and send you purchase satisfaction questionnaires. Such operator is a data processor in relation to our company. Regardless transmitting this personal data, we still ensure all the rights and fulfil all the obligations set out in this document;

  4. if you give us your consent, to the extent of your email address, phone number and related cookies, to our partners for marketing purposes, for the purpose of tracking, targeting and personalizing advertising on our and other websites, using tools such as Google, Facebook, Criteo, Sklik and others - please always refer to the overview of cookies used for specific information;

  5. our company does not have access to the details of the payment cards you use to pay in our online shop. Only the secure payment gateway and the relevant banking institution have access to your payment card details.

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship between you and us. In the case of processing of personal data for which the consent has been given, your personal data will be processed for the period for which the consent has been given. Your consent to the use of cookies is granted for a period of 12 months. The retention period for each cookie is set out in the cookies overview below.

We process the data collected through the customer account or by other similar way for the duration of the use of our services. Subsequently, only basic identification data and information on the reason for cancellation of the customer account or data forming part of operational backups are usually stored for a reasonable period of time.
