Water is everything!
The main resource you'll be competing for in the game is water. You'll need it for actions like recruiting people, triggering events to activate the abilities of the cards you have in play.
People will defend your camps and give you useful tactical abilities, while events deliver powerful effects over time.
Both players draw cards from the same deck. Each card can be played to the table or recycled for a weaker immediate effect. To win, you must think tactically and be smart with your cards and water.
